Keeping constant track of your dedicated server is a tough and time–swallowing process. It takes time, which you’d better spend on other things, such as making your website a lot better. If you take advantage of our Managed Servers offer, we will be keeping an eye on your server. We have designed a unique monitoring and notification tool, which will notify our admins automatically the second anything goes wrong with your server. They will then investigate the nature of the problem.

Backup Space

Maintaining a backup of your website is really hard if you have to do it yourself. You will have to find a place for your backups – preferably on a separate physical server; you will need to create backups; you will need to test if everything is working. We provide you with a simple solution. Our Managed Servers package gives you 50 GB of disk space on one of our stable backup servers. And we will assist you with the backups. And due to the fact that all the servers belong to the same network, the backups will be generated as fast as possible.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If there is a special service or application that you want to run on your dedicated server, but you don’t know how to do it right, or you run into constant problems configuring everything yourself, we offer you a solution. Our Managed Servers package includes installation and problem–solving tasks, meaning that you will have the full and undivided attention of our sysadmins for half an hour – more than enough time for them to resolve the issue at hand and make things right. And you can also use this time to request them to help you with any other server–connected problems you are facing.
